The Cash Flow Crunch

At the present time in America one current situation that I find around every corner is a struggle with cash flow; its presence is being felt across all economic lines affecting the rich and the poor alike.

I’ve spoken about this topic quite a bit lately and I feel that the drivers of the American economy are the small business owners. With that being said, I believe that when you take away the business owner’s ability to borrow so that they can outlast downturns, you deal a massive blow to the heart of this country and the trickle down effect is the cause of where we are now. If the banking system doesn’t realize this, I believe we will continue the economic downturn, not hit bottom, and the banks will suffer as well.

The answer to this is for the banks to make short term, “staying power” loans backed by government money available to business owners. I’m not interested in the government bailing out business owners, just believing in them.
